Roberto “Bert” Perez is a Florida Keys native, raised in Marathon by two hardworking parents who built their local landscaping business from the ground up. From an early age, Bert learned the value of discipline, consistency, and earning trust. These principles continue to guide his approach to real estate and business today.
Deeply rooted in the community that raised him, Bert spends much of his free time coaching Youth Flag Football at the Community Park and supporting local high school athletics alongside his family. Giving back to the Keys isn’t an afterthought, it’s a responsibility he takes seriously.
Bert is the Owner and Operator of KeysCations Vacation Rentals, a luxury vacation rental management company overseeing more than $50 million in real estate assets alongside his wife and business partner, Milly. Together, they manage and advise on high-end waterfront and investment properties throughout the Florida Keys, bringing an owner’s mindset and hands-on operational expertise to every home they touch.
An entrepreneur at heart, Bert has launched and operated multiple businesses, from apparel ventures to short-term rental investments, always driven by a desire to build, improve, and create long-term value.
